Yoga Massage combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath-work, yoga stretches and beautiful music, in a meditative environment. Yoga Massage is performed on a futon allowing for a full range of stretching. In addition; the deep tissue massage dissolves physical tension, while the assisted stretches and breath exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy.
Oils are utilized for their healing properties and to facilitate deep manipulation of tissue and muscle. This technique will help dissolve physical and emotional blocks, eliminate toxins from the body, promote correct posture, improve respiratory patterns and leave you with a deep sense of well-being.

Our vision of, "A natural and uplifting space that is warm, loving, calm and joyful" is now being fulfilled. An experienced Primary School Teacher, and now a PORSE Home Educator, I offer care in our home and in the back yard of our quarter-acre section. We have three hens, a cat, sandpit, swings and plenty of garden and lawn. The children that I care for several days a week, along with our daughter Sofie, have a lovely time gallivanting around our lounge and back yard, playing wherever they go. Aside from a few routines (fruit time with a blessing song, lunchtime, story time and rest time) they are mostly able to follow their own creative direction to entertain themselves. We also all enjoy gardening, painting, and sharing what we’ve been doing, creating and discovering with each other.
